某电池拆解房废气处理工程
【项目概况】
在正常生产运行过程中,会产生部分报废汽车动力电池、手机电池等产品,由于该产品不能直接报废处理,需要将报废电池做燃烧处理,由于燃烧过程中产生大量的颗粒物粉尘、氮氧化物、二氧化硫等含尘废气。
另外生产车间配套电解液房,会有少量有机气体散发出来,需要将之收集并处理。考虑到两种废气源产生的废气成分复杂,特将尾气增加废气处理装置,处理工艺为:“废气收集系统+碱液洗涤塔+过滤活性炭吸附+光氧催化设备+风机+烟囱排放”。
设计废气进气浓度:颗粒物浓度≤150mg/m³、非甲烷总烃浓度≤150mg/m³.
系统达到排放浓度:
