【项目背景】
某动力系统有限公司废气来源隔膜车间,主要有:真空泵房、终封房废气。
真空泵房:来源于生产车间内4台真空泵,真空泵出口为NW40,考虑到真空泵出口自带的压力,建议内接4个口径DN100的风管,汇总至一起。
终封房:终封机的尺寸为1400*1300*1900mm,在终封机的顶端已设置有DN100的排气口1个;2台终封机的集气罩通过管道收集合并,合并后的管道与真空泵房的管道汇总后排至一楼车间废气处理设施内,经过处理后的废气通过烟囱排至楼顶排放!
根据业主提供的资料以及相关要求,可知,真空泵等所产生的废气主要是电解液废气和NMP废气,终封机主要采用为有机废气。
电解液的主要成分为碳酸二甲酯(DMC)、碳酸二乙酯(DEC)、碳酸乙烯酯(EC),碳酸丙烯酯(PC),六氟磷酸锂(LiPF6)。其中酯类产生的废气主要为有机物(以非甲烷总烃计),六氟磷酸锂在空气中由于水蒸气的作用而迅速分解,放出PF5,同时可与水反应生成HF。因此挥发的电解液主要污染物包括非甲烷总烃和氟化物。
真空泵房:来源于生产车间内4台真空泵,内接4个口径DN100的风管,汇总到吊顶里面,真空泵最大排气量250m³/h,真空泵房总风量按照250*4=1000m³/h设计。
终封房:2台终封机自带DN100的排气口,排气管道接上后,风管流速按照15m/s设计,终封房总风量按照450*2=900m³/h设计。
合并之后总风量为:1900 m³/h,考虑5%的设计余量,确定按照2000 m³/h设计。
所选整体工艺:车间内废气→收集管路→洗涤塔→过滤活性炭吸附箱→风机→烟囱排放
